Klyiro is run by SIA Comet AI (Reg. 50203713671), registered in Ventspils, Latvia. In this policy, “Klyiro”, “we” and “us” refer to SIA Comet AI. You can reach us any time at ronalds@klyiro.com.

When you visit klyiro.com or book a call with us, we may process basic contact details you give us (such as your name, email, company) and limited technical and analytics data used to understand how the site is used. We use this only to respond to you and to improve the site.

When we build or operate a system for a client, such as Madara working a client's CRM, we process that client's customer data (such as names, contact details, and purchase or deal history) strictly on the client's behalf. In that context the client is the data controller and Klyiro acts as a data processor under a written agreement.

We only message contacts who have opted in, we honour opt-outs immediately, and we operate in line with the GDPR and the policies of each messaging platform we use.

We rely on your consent (for example, when you contact us or opt in to messaging), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and the performance of a contract where one is in place.

We use trusted providers to deliver our services, which may include your CRM, messaging platforms (such as the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform) and email, AI model providers, hosting and database providers, scheduling and analytics tools. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Client customer data is retained per the relevant service agreement and deleted or returned on request.
